Monocle 24 Review
As you know if you’ve been reading around or better still listening to the radio station, Monocle 24 is out. I’ve so far said quite a few of things about why i like the Monocle brand (magazine & radio). Today, i’ll give you a bit of perspective regarding some of the shows you can tune in.
The Monocle Weekly
It’s the original show that was podcasted before Monocle 24. It is a mix of culture, news, and events that will shape the upcoming week. It’s now stretched to 2 hours instead of 1 and the newformat will be live tomorrow. It’s good to get it as a podcast and listen to if when you’ve got a long walk to do. Culture
The show tries to present what’s new in music, art film and media across the world. It’s the best place to get a feel of what’s going on the global culture scene. As the Monocle Magazine addresses a global reader, it’s the goal of the Culture section to present the reader, wherever he is with a relevant picture of what’s going on around him.
I strongly recommend to give these shows a go, and i believe you’re going to grow very fond of them. Also, if you find yourself home around 1 – 3 am, and want to unwind, just pop up the radio and let the music feel your room Everything will feel more calm and homier (if that’s even a word).
